The Jackson Institute co-hosted the panel discussion, “Selective Primacy and Collaborative Leadership: Recommendations for the Next National Security Strategy,” with The United States Army War College Carlisle Scholars Program on Dec. 6 in the GM Room, Horchow Hall.
