The International Leadership Center brings accomplished leaders to Yale Jackson for immersive residencies — connecting them with faculty, students, and each other as they take on the world's most pressing challenges, from climate change to peacebuilding. 

2026 Yale World Fellows

Established in 2002, the Maurice R. Greenberg World Fellows Program now connects a network of more than 400 World Fellows, active in 96 countries, with each other and with Yale. Their ranks include Alexei Navalny, the Russian lawyer, anti-corruption activist, and politician who died in an Arctic prison in 2024; and María Corina Machado, the Venezuelan opposition leader who won the 2025 Nobel Peace Prize.

2026 Yale Climate Fellows

Each year, the Yale Emerging Climate Leaders Fellowship brings together 16 practitioners from across across Africa, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America and the Caribbean for an intensive five-month program, with in-person sessions at Yale and in Paris. Fellows — drawn from government, industry, finance, journalism, and civil society — build technical skills and a lasting network with peers and with leaders at the International Energy Agency and the OECD.

2026 Yale Peace Fellows

The Yale Peace Fellowship brings together rising leaders each year working on the frontlines of conflict prevention, peacebuilding, and post-conflict reconciliation — drawn from civil society, diplomacy, politics, religion, and social enterprise. Fellows spend a week in residence at Yale, join biweekly virtual sessions through the spring, and travel together on an international study trip to learn from peace efforts on the ground.
