Andhyta F. Utami (Afu) is co-founder and CEO of Think Policy, an Indonesian organization advancing evidence-based, equitable public policy through training, research, and storytelling. She has led national programs that strengthen the next generation of public sector reformers and shape policy debates on climate, governance, and digital rights. Her work bridges policy, technology, and movement-building, with a focus on Southeast Asia. 

Afu has worked with the World Bank, Indonesia Ocean Justice Initiative, and Foreign Policy Community of Indonesia, contributing to research on environmental governance, blue economy, and youth political engagement. She is a Yale Emerging Climate Leaders Fellow, an Obama Foundation Asia-Pacific Leader, and an Aspen Institute First Movers Fellow. She holds a Master in Public Policy from the Harvard Kennedy School, where she focused on the role of digital media and AI in shaping public discourse. 

A frequent commentator and speaker, she writes regularly on climate, governance, and feminist leadership, and her work has been featured in The Jakarta Post, Tempo, Tirto, World Economic Forum, IDN Times and other regional outlets. She is also a sought-after advisor to philanthropies, governments, and civil society networks working on Southeast Asia's democratic and ecological future. Beyond her professional work, Afu is invested in nurturing collective spaces for reflection, learning, and creative expression.
