Constanza Gómez Mont is a systems strategist and social entrepreneur working at the intersection of emerging technologies, biodiversity, and systems transformation to enable a more regenerative and interdependent future.

For over 17 years, she has led pioneering initiatives through C Minds, the Latin American action tank she founded, advancing inclusive, ethical, and human rights-centered approaches to technology. Her work focuses on designing and connecting systems—across innovation, policy, and capital—that allow both people and ecosystems to flourish in relation, an approach she has helped shape through what she defines as BioProsperity.

She founded AI for Climate and Biodiversity, an award-winning global initiative, and the founder and Head of NaturaTech LAC, a platform co-created with IDB Lab to accelerate biodiversity and natural capital innovation across Latin America and the Caribbean.

Gómez Mont has played a key role in global governance efforts, including co-developing UNESCO’s Recommendation on the Ethics of AI—adopted by 193 countries—and leading the development of UNESCO’s Global Toolkit on AI for Environment. She has also chaired the WEF's Global Future Council on AI for Humanity among other global councils.

Her work explores a central question: how do we design systems, economies, and technologies that recognize the interdependence of life and enable reciprocal flourishing across human and natural systems?

She works with governments, multilateral orgs, and leading tech companies, and is a recognized voice on responsible innovation and systems transformation. Her work has been internationally recognized, including the Award Women of the year for North America.
