Jawwad is a career police officer who has served for almost two decades in different regions in Pakistan. He has the singular honor of setting up Counter-Terrorism Departments in three different Provinces. He is a graduate of the London School of Economics and the University of Oxford. He is also one of the most decorated police officers in Pakistan. He has been instrumental in framing and setting up the Witness Protection Regime in Pakistan.
