ArkTerra Infrastructure LLC
Pavina Adunratanasee is the Founding Partner of ArkTerra Partners, a technology commercialisation and project development platform bridging global industrial decarbonisation technologies with APAC deployment supply chains and catalytic finance.
ArkTerra structures the technical, commercial, and financial pathways that move proven technologies from pilot stage to investment-ready deployment—backed by a proprietary intelligence engine and a global team with transaction track records across the US and Asia. The firm's thesis spans three converging industrial themes: next-generation energy and grid infrastructure, advanced materials, and industrial automation, among others. ArkTerra's Industrial Transition Alliance was selected as a top finalist at the 2026 Global Innovation Lab for Climate Finance.
Pavina brings a decade of clean energy experience across global energy sponsors including Iberdrola, Siemens Financial Services, and GE Capital across APAC. She has served on the jury of SET, the global cleantech startup programme hosted by the German Energy Agency (DENA), is an alumna of the Global Wind Energy Council leadership programme, and an Engen Fellow of the Energy Leadership Institute.
She holds a Master of Public Administration from Columbia University's School of International and Public Affairs, with a specialization in Sustainable Urban Policy.
