International Security Studies will host a Virtual Discussion Forum on Afghanistan: Where Do We Go From Here? The virtual session, which is open to the general public, will feature Jackson Senior Fellow Amb. Anne Patterson, Jackson Senior Fellow Rory Stewart, and Jackson alumna Wazhma Sadat, the first Afghan woman to graduate from Yale College and Yale Law School.

Panelists will analyze the full array of challenges confronting Afghanistan in the aftermath of the U.S. military withdrawal. The discussion will be moderated by ISS executive director Ted Wittenstein.

International Security Studies— dedicated to the study of history, grand strategy, and global security—will become a new research hub of the Jackson Institute on October 1.
