Description:
Historian Melvyn Leffler, University of Virginia, will reflect on the 20 years of war in Iraq, in conversation with Emma Sky of the Jackson School’s International Leadership Center (ILC), and Arne Westad of International Security Studies (ISS). The talk is part of the all-day symposium, “Lessons and Legacies of Iraq 20 Years On,” hosted by the ILC and ISS. A reception will be held beginning at 4:30pm and the keynote begins at 5:00pm. It is open to the general public.
