The Paul Tsai China Center at Yale Law School hosts a conversation with Admiral Richard Chen, former Vice Minister of Defense of Taiwan, on the military and political situation of Taiwan today.

Yale discussants will include Hanscom Smith, Senior Fellow, Jackson School of Global Affairs; Susan Thornton, Visiting Lecturer in Law and Senior Fellow, Paul Tsai China Center; Jing Tsu, John M. Schiff Professor of East Asian Languages and Literatures & Comparative Literature; and Ted Wittenstein, Executive Director of International Security Studies, Jackson School of Global Affairs. The discussion will be moderated by Jason Hsu, Visiting Scholar, Paul Tsai China Center.
