Lauren Kim (SM ’20) is a Environmental Studies major, concentrating in Sustainable Food and Agriculture. She is passionate about amplifying the voices of people of color and other traditionally underrepresented groups in environmentalism. As a Global Health Scholar, she wants to explore the intersections between food access and health outcomes. In the future, she wants to work in creating a more just, equitable, and sustainable food system for all. She works for the Yale Sustainable Food Program, Yale Office of Sustainability, and is a Dwight Hall Urban Fellow.
