Natalie Sangngam (BR ‘23) is an Economics major from New York, NY. Her interests in global health center around reproductive health and ensuring equitable access to healthcare for low-income communities. She is curious about investigating the intersections of health and socioeconomics, specifically looking at health disparities across race and income. In addition, she is interested in looking at the junction between economic development and health infrastructure, exploring various policies that would strengthen health systems. At Yale, Natalie is a First-Generation Low-Income Student Ambassador, the publicity chair for Rhythmic Blue, and is involved with the Global Research and Consulting Group. Outside of school, she loves to spend time with her friends, watch the Great British Bake Off, and attempt to self-learn Chinese!
