Neil Noronha is a 2nd-year Master of Business Administration student at the Yale School of Management (SOM) and a Lieutenant in the U.S. Navy Reserve. Prior to Yale SOM, he spent nearly all of his civilian career within Federal service, including time at the Pentagon, White House National Security Council Staff, and on Capitol Hill. He also worked in the think tank community for both Stanford University’s Hoover Institution and Carnegie India. He graduated from Georgetown University, Edmund Walsh School of Foreign Service, with a Bachelor of Science in Foreign Service in 2014 and a Master of Arts in Security Studies in 2016. He is interested in the intersection of law, business, and national security. After SOM, Neil will begin a career as a management consultant with the Boston Consulting Group in Washington D.C.
