Robert Lucas is a student in the MBA for Executives program at the Yale School of Management. He is a Financial Officer at the World Bank Treasury, where he serves on the Advisory and Partnership team for central banks and leads Treasury's first-ever junior analyst program. In 2021, he was elected to the Staff Delegate Assembly to represent nearly 1,000 colleagues through 2024. Before the World Bank, Robert served as Senior Advisor for Congressman Mike Honda of Silicon Valley and as an Administrative Specialist for the Senate Foreign Relations Committee. He completed an ethics fellowship at the Center for Ethics at Harvard University and founded Raise Voices Not Dollars Super PAC to raise awareness of money in politics. He spoke live on MSBNC and in media outlets for his work in political finance. Robert earned a Master of Public Policy from Georgetown University and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy & Political Science from the University of Florida. He lives in DC, regularly commutes to New Haven, and enjoys cooking new cuisines.
