Siraj Patwa (BK ’23) is studying Neuroscience and Spanish on the pre-medical track. He hopes to combine his basic science research experience with an understanding of the social determinants of health. Siraj is passionate about amplifying accessibility to healthcare through the utilization of community health resources and new technologies. He is also the Vice President of the Yale Undergraduate Research Association and a volunteer at the HAVEN Free Clinic. In the future, Siraj hopes to empower patients with the tools to understand and take initiative with their own health. He enjoys collaborating with peers and pursuing Global Health to better care for patients of all backgrounds and communities.
