Tunde Fakiyesi is a student in the MBA for Executives program at the Yale School of Management. He is interested in climate policy and renewable energy in sub-Saharan Africa, as well as sustainable agriculture. Tunde is a nine-year veteran of the Army, where he served as a Health Information System Officer and later as a Medical Operations Officer. As a Health Information System Chief, he led medical operations in support of US Army North’s response to COVID-19 pandemic and helped the team to adapt to a new digital operating environment. Tunde earned a Master of Science in Health Informatics and a Bachelors in Plant Breeding. Born and raised in Nigeria, Tunde currently lives outside Annapolis, MD, and regularly commutes to New Haven. He enjoys watching soccer, cycling, and visiting national parks.
