Jawwad Qamar

Jawwad Qamar is a professional police officer with 18 years of service in four provinces of Pakistan. He has been instrumental in setting up counter terrorism departments in Punjab, Balochistan and KP Province. He is also responsible for setting up the first witness protection unit in the country along with promulgation of the first Witness Protection Act.

Having served as Chief of Staff in the Federal Investigation Agency he has been involved in numerous cases of extradition with Interpol and many other countries. He has had the opportunity to speak on the subject of Counter Terrorism on multiple international forums.

Jawwad is a recipient of the second highest gallantry medal in Pakistan and a graduate of London School of Economics and Oxford University.
