Lolade is a seasoned sustainability professional with over 16 years of multi-national corporate experience in management consulting, sustainability and corporate citizenship. She has held strategic and leadership roles including missions at Accenture, Chams Plc and Union Bank Plc. She currently oversees Sustainability at the Development Bank of Nigeria.

Lolade has strong industry experience across both commercial and development finance and has built key relationships within the ESG ecosystem both locally and internationally. She specializes in Sustainability, Green and Net Zero strategy and is currently a member on several working committees in the above-mentioned areas both locally and abroad.

Utilizing her experience, she has become a thought leader and public speaker on both local and international platforms and has co-authored a book on sustainability strategy across Africa – “Management and Leadership for a Successful Africa Vol 2”.
