
Victor T. Ezenwoko
Victor T. Ezenwoko currently serves as the country head and director, Nigeria and Ghana, for Daystar Power. In 2023, Daystar Power was ranked by Financial Times as the seventh-fastest-growing company in Africa, and today operates as a subsidiary of the Shell Group. In this role, he delivers projects that power Africa’s industrial revolution by providing sustainable energy solutions for clients like Coca Cola, Heineken, PepsiCo, and Nestle, supporting their global transition to net-zero by utilizing renewable energy to reduce their reliance on generators in Nigeria.
Victor was part of the founding team of Daystar Power, spearheading its growth and market leadership in Nigeria and its expansion across Africa, leading to the acquisition of the company by Shell in 2022. Before joining Daystar Power, he led business development for Sunray Ventures, managing a portfolio of companies across various industries, including power, e-mobility, oil and gas, recycling, and FMCG distribution. Prior to Sunray Ventures, he worked with PwC and Great Lakes Controls and Engineering in Michigan.
Victor currently sits on the board of Daystar Power Group’s Nigerian subsidiary, Daybreak Power Solutions Limited, and is a fellow of the National Institute of Credit Administration. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Michigan State University and a master’s degree in electrical engineering from the University of Maryland.
