Jamilex Ortega

About

Jamilex Ortega supports Jackson students and student-facing departments, including the senior capstone program. She brings experience across many areas of Yale, most recently serving as a campus health coordinator with Yale Health, working with students to review sensitive health compliance information. She has also supported Yale Health Human Resources and University Human Resources. Ortega graduated from Wesleyan University in 2025 with a B.A. in psychology and science and technology studies and is a New Haven Promise Scholar.
