Undergraduate Capstone Faculty

In place of a senior thesis, Global Affairs seniors may complete a capstone project — an opportunity unique to the major at Yale. 

Working in small groups and overseen by a Yale faculty member, students complete a public policy project on behalf of a client, which can be a government agency, not-for-profit, NGO, or private sector entity in the United States or abroad. Over the course of the fall semester, students meet formally once a week with their faculty instructor, who guides the project from formulation to completion.
