A more prosperous future will depend on better policymaking
Global economic prosperity will require policy solutions as thoughtful and multidisciplinary as the challenges themselves. Addressing these issues demands input from economists, political scientists, historians, diplomats, lawyers, and public health experts alike.
Yale Jackson is purposely designed to facilitate exactly this kind of cross-disciplinary approach to the world's most pressing challenges. The Ong Initiative for the Study of Global Economic Prosperity leverages these resources to advance research and teaching on global economic development and prosperity.
The Ong Initiative was made possible through the generosity of Brian Ong '06.
