About
Julia Billings leads the design and delivery of the ILC's internationalism and climate initiatives. Prior to joining Yale, she spent eight years working across multilateral institutions, international development and the nonprofit sector, including the United Nations Development Coordination Office, the UN Department of Economic and Social Affairs, and a financial inclusion NGO in Rwanda and Burundi. Billings holds a BA in liberal arts and a master's in education from Georg-August University Göttingen and is an ICF-certified coach. She lives with her husband and two children in Stamford, CT.
