About
Kristen Estabrook is the assistant director of career development at the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs. Starting at Jackson at its inception as a school in the fall of 2022, she focuses on employer and recruiter engagement in addition to student advising. Before joining Jackson, Estabrook spent four years as a community organizer in New Haven, where she led the passage of local and state legislation for criminal legal and healthcare reform, and previously taught special education through Teach for America. She received her BA in history and religious studies from The College of Wooster.
