About
Stephanie Brown is a senior administrative professional with over 24 years of experience supporting executive leadership across higher education, nonprofit, and corporate environments. She currently serves as senior executive assistant to the dean’s office at the Jackson School of Global Affairs, where she provides high-level strategic support to the dean, deputy dean, and chief of staff. In this role, she excels at managing complex executive operations, coordinating faculty recruitment and onboarding processes, and serving as a key liaison across departments and professional schools.
A graduate of Choate Rosemary Hall, Stephanie went on to pursue degrees in film and video production from Drexel University and business administration from Southern New Hampshire University. Outside of Yale, Stephanie is an active community leader, serving on the Board of Directors of The Guilford Foundation as chair of the Community Investment Committee and advisor to the Youth Advisory Group, helping guide impactful local philanthropy. She is deeply committed to fostering connection and engagement both professionally and within her community. She also teaches and performs various styles of dance, encouraging adults to embrace joyful movement and play as essential parts of a balanced life.
