Lily Sutton is the director of engagement and operations with the Jackson School's International Leadership Center. Most recently, she served as the assistant dean of student affairs at the Jackson School. Before coming to Jackson, she was director of admissions for five years at Yale School of Music, where she was responsible for all aspects of recruitment and enrollment management for the school. Lily has worked in higher education since 2008; she was assistant to the director of the Institute on the Arts and Civic Dialogue, an interdisciplinary arts initiative of the Provost’s office at New York University, and director of admissions at Bard College Conservatory of Music. She holds a Master of Education degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Wesleyan University.
