Timothy Haugh

General (Retired) Timothy Haugh

Gen. (Ret.) Timothy Haugh served as the commander of U.S. Cyber Command and director of the National Security Agency. He was a Blue Senior Fellow for the 2025-26 academic year and taught a seminar on intelligence, cybersecurity, and emerging technologies.
