The Leitner Program on Effective Democratic Governance (part of the Jackson School) will host the two-day workshop, “Strong governments and inclusive economic growth.”
Speakers will delve into the crucial role that strong governments play in fostering economic growth that benefits all members of society. We will explore the features that enable governments to create an environment in which the economy thrives, while also ensuring that the benefits of economic growth are shared equitably among all citizens.
The workshop is sponsored by the Jackson School of Global Affairs and the MacMillan Center.
