Donatienne Ruy is currently a Research Associate at the Center for Strategic and International Studies (CSIS) in Washington, D.C. Born and raised in Belgium, Donatienne graduated in 2012 with honors from the Université Libre de Bruxelles with a BA in political science, after spending one year in Montreal as an exchange student. She holds an MA in Global Affairs from Yale University. While at Yale, she focused on transatlantic relations, conflict resolution and civil rights – particularly in the context of American politics.
