Kristen Estabrook is the Assistant Director of Career Development at the Yale University Jackson School of Global Affairs. Starting at Jackson with its inception as a school in the fall of 2022, Kristen focuses on employer and recruiter engagement in addition to student advising.

Before joining Jackson, Kristen spent four years as a community organizer in New Haven, where she worked on the passage of local and state legislation for criminal legal and healthcare reform, and previously taught special education through Teach for America. She received her B.A. in history and religious studies from The College of Wooster in Ohio. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, writing, and spending time outdoors.
