Courses

The initiative equips Jackson and other professional school students with the skills that they need to accurately recognize and strategically respond to the influence of environmental change on broader political, economic, and development goals.

It includes an innovative curriculum that gives students a basic overview of key concepts in earth system science (GLBL 7165) and analytical tools to think systematically about upgrading and redesigning institutions that are equipped to manage new challenges (GLBL 7155).

Additional courses taught by Jackson Senior Fellows and Faculty explore the intersection of environmental change with various aspects of global affairs.
