About the Colloquium
The annual peacebuilding colloquium hosted at the Yale University Jackson School of Global Affairs brings together scholars, practitioners, and policymakers to highlight issues at the forefront of peacebuilding, human rights, and global health.
Participants will include peace and conflict experts from the United Nations Department of Political Affairs, the European Institute of Peace, the Institute for Economics & Peace, The Carter Center’s Conflict Resolution Program, and Yale University, as well as practitioners and scholars from across the world.
Participants will present and discuss key innovations and insights on intergenerational peacebuilding. This conference builds upon past conferences: the 2022 Strategies for Sustainable Peacebuilding, led by the Kroc Institute of Notre Dame and Jackson School of Global Affairs, and the 2024 Building Peace Across Generations.
