Please join the Schmidt Program on Artificial Intelligence for a conversation on AI and climate change with Yale Climate Fellows Constanza Gómez Mont and Siddharth Sinha. The conversation will be moderated by Artur Pericles L. Monteiro, Lecturer in Global Affairs and the Schmidt Visiting Scholar at Yale Jackson.

Constanza Gómez Mont is a strategist and serial social entrepreneur. She focuses on harnessing the potential of emerging technologies and models of collective intelligence to amplify social and environmental impact. She is the founder of AI for Climate, and cofounder and director of NaturaTech LAC, a new regional initiative cofounded with IDB Lab that harnesses new technologies to accelerate climate and biodiversity conservation action in Latin America and the Caribbean.

Siddharth Sinha leads public policy for Google’s initiatives in the geospatial, climate and sustainability sectors in India. This involves products, platforms and initiatives that leverage geospatial tools and AI to contribute towards climate mitigation, adaptation and protection. He previously worked with the G20 Secretariat and the Government of India.
