Join International Security Studies for a conversation with Chris Meserole, founding executive director of the Frontier Model Forum. The Forum — recently established by the CEOs of Anthropic, Google, Microsoft, and OpenAI — is a new high-level industry body focused on promoting the safe and responsible development of frontier artificial intelligence systems.

A leading expert in AI safety and governance, Meserole previously served as director of the AI and Emerging Technology Initiative at the Brookings Institution.

The session will be moderated by ISS Executive Director Ted Wittenstein and sponsored by the Jackson School’s Schmidt Program on Artificial Intelligence, Emerging Technologies, and National Power.
