The MacMillan Center’s Council on Latin American and Iberian Studies, the Office of International Affairs, and the Jackson School of Global Affairs will co-host a visit by H.E. Daniel Noboa, President of Ecuador, who will discuss “Youth, Democracy, and the Future of Latin America.”

The event is open to the public, but seating is limited and registration is required.
