Emma Sky, the director of Yale World Fellows and a Senior Fellow at the Jackson Institute, published an op-ed on ISIS in the New York Times on Nov. 17, 2015, “The West Must Help the Sunnis Defeat ISIS Ideologically and Militarily,” following the attacks in Paris. Sky is the author of “The Unraveling: High Hopes and Missed Opportunities in Iraq”.
