Caitlin Harrison is an MPP candidate at the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs with an interest in U.S. refugee resettlement and integration programs.

Before Yale, Caitlin was an assistant director at the U.S. Conference of Catholic Bishops, Migration and Refugee Services, the world’s largest refugee resettlement agency. In this role, she oversaw the implementation of a federally funded refugee employment program through a network of 40 offices across the U.S. Prior to her work in resettlement, Caitlin served in program analyst roles at the U.S. Agency for International Development and the U.S. Department of Defense.

Caitlin graduated summa cum laude from Syracuse University with a dual degree in international relations and modern foreign languages.
