Chang Tu is a first-year MPP student at the Yale Jackson School of Global Affairs originally from Singapore. She is passionate about building resilient financial systems that foster inclusivity and equity. Post-MPP, she hopes to work as an economist at an international organization to strengthen financial stability frameworks in emerging economies.

Before joining Yale, she spent five years at the Monetary Authority of Singapore. In her first role as a bank supervisor, she assessed risks across banks' operations and the macro environment, analyzing how these intersected with internal controls. She later worked as an economist, with a focus on financial stability in southeast Asian economies.

Chang graduated with first-class honours from the London School of Economics, majoring in economics.
