Frances Klimczak is a joint degree candidate at the Jackson School of Global Affairs and the School of Management. Frances graduated magna cum laude from the College of the Holy Cross with a degree in mathematics and was commissioned into the U.S. Navy. She served aboard USS Halsey as the Gunnery Officer, commanded an MKVI Patrol Boat, and served on the Chief of Naval Operations (CNO) strategic action group at the Pentagon during her eight years of active-duty service. She led sailors on two western Pacific deployments and provided a critical operational perspective to CNO’s staff and continues her dedication to service in her graduate coursework. At Yale, Frances is focused on social entrepreneurship, female executive empowerment, and community development through public-private partnerships. She is the founder of Bridge Watch Consulting, a social-impact LLC focused on economic development and leadership consulting for non-profit and NGO executives.
