Joshua Golding is a first-year master’s student at the Jackson Institute of Global Affairs. Following internships with the Office of the Secretary of Defense supporting acquisitions policy, the U.S. Naval War College, and the U.S. Department of State in Consulate General Barcelona’s Political-Economic Section, he graduated from Tufts University in 2017 with a BA in international relations. Josh has worked as a U.S. Department of Defense analyst covering issues including cybersecurity and counterinsurgency. At Yale, he intends to study U.S. cybersecurity policy and U.S.-Russia relations.
